I have been working in IT systems for 30+ years with broad and deep experience across all areas.

The Consulting Process
I offer a free 30mins online meeting after initial communication via email / IM.
Depending on the complexity of the engagement , the understanding and completeness of the business requirements there would be an amount of chargeable discovery time in order to agree on a strategy and SOW (Schedule of work).
The SOW can then be used with myself or a mix of myself and other third parties in order to deliver the required work.
Delivery
Depending on the complexity of the project there will be regular meetings and project milestones agreed.
Potentially the below project phases
- Engagement.
- Discovery.
- Requirements & SOW (Schedule of Work).
- Proof of Concept (POC) (Optional).
- Full design & build.
- System Testing (Requires Business involvement).
- Training & Documentation review.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Sign off.
Any additional enhancements can be discussed and agreed as the project progresses.
Payment terms are generally 30 days from invoice date. Phasing tend to depend on the size of the engagement . Larger engagements tend to be split into multiple chargeable phases.
My Current Rate is £75/Hour £600/Day
